INTENSITY DESCRIPTION

In this category you exercise

3 or more (5 ideally) time per week

at a high intensity.

Examples would include 30-60 minutes of HITT cardio and/or heavy weight training and/or high intensity group exercise classes such as CrossFit, Boot Camp, Athletic Conditioning, Powerlifitng, Olympic Lifting and so forth.

BW x 1.5 = Carbs

BW x 1 = Protein

BW x 0.3 = Fat

Moderate Intensity Exercise

INTENSITY DESCRIOTION

In this category you exercise

3 or more (5 ideally) times per week at a moderate level intensity.

Examples would include 30-60 minutes of cardio and/or weightlifting and/or moderately intensity group exercise classes such as

Yoga, Bar, Step, Body Pump, Dance, Spin Classes and so forth.  

BW x 1-1.2 = Carbs

BW x 0.8-1 = Protein

BW x 0.3 = Fat
